Mary Lu Sanders-Zinser founded the Intellectual Property Law Center, LLC with the goal of providing value to clients.  Ms. Sanders-Zinser limits her practice to intellectual property.  She focuses on the resolution of business problems involving trademark, copyright, trade secrets, software agreements, website development agreements, website user agreements and website privacy policies.  She has successfully achieved registration in the United States Patent and Trademark Office of every trademark which she recommended and she prosecuted.  Sanders-Zinser frequently speaks on intellectual property topics.

Internationally, Sanders-Zinser has extensive experience in the registration and protection of trademarks.  She has developed a global network of attorneys to assist her serve her clients' trademark interests worldwide.

Previously, Sanders-Zinser developed software applications in a fourth generation language built on relational databases, including a system to manage a portfolio valued at $300M.  She also served as law clerk for the Honorable Kent Karohl of the Missouri Court of Appeals; the Honorable Robert J. Dowd, Missouri Court of Appeals, and the Honorable Frederick R. Buckles, U.S. District Court. Eastern District of Missouri.

Sanders-Zinser serves on the Steering Committee of the  Patent, Trademark and Copyright Section of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Planning Committee for the Corporate Counsel Institute, the Planning Committee for the Missouri Bar Solo and Small Firm Conference, the Seminar Committee of the Missouri Venture Forum, and the Board of the Lake Saint Louis Ambassadors.
